The whole team at Cultivate + Evolve, and Catherine Melville in particular, have been fantastic to deal with. Catherine was able to get us out of an inadequate construction loan that our former mortgage broker had set up, and into a loan with much better terms and more money to complete our project. Catherine did not shy away from the complexity of taking us on as clients and finding lenders willing to finance our home that we had barged over to our lot in the Gulf Islands. If it hadn’t been for Catherine’s help, our home build would have stalled and we’d be stuck with a nightmare situation of trying to sell a mostly incomplete building lot.
